Certainly! Nearly all our products feature drainage holes, approximately the size of a pencil, uniformly spread across the backing. However, certain specialized products like putting greens exclude the “extra” drainage holes. Nevertheless, even on these specific products, water will still drain, although perhaps not as rapidly. We’re excited to announce the upcoming H2O Flow drains, which will enhance drainage speed by an impressive 400%.

Our products are manufactured and assembled in Vietnam. Our import is a foreign product that has been tested and is lead free.

Certainly!  Our sister company, GreenTech, handles installations. We can readily facilitate connections with the GreenTech installation team and/or subcontractors.

Custom Turf Cut Wavier

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Finality:
When artificial turf is custom cut to your online order specifications, all orders are final. This means once your order is processed and cut, it cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

Order Recommendation:
To ensure you receive enough artificial turf for your project's requirements, we recommend adding 35% to the longest length in the area you plan to install the turf. This allowance accounts for any cutting, shaping, or fitting that may be necessary during installation.
Product Wavier

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Acknowledgment:
Turf Pros Distributors LLC is not responsible for improperly installed turf, including installations near extreme heat sources like fire pits or where reflective surfaces can damage the turf. Repeat customers acknowledge that their signature on this waiver applies to all future purchases from Turf Pros Distributors LLC.

Hold Harmless
The customer releases and discharges Turf Pros Distributors LLC, its agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities related to the use, transportation, storage, or installation of the turf.

Turf Inspection:
Customers or their installers must inspect turf for defects before installation. Any visible defects must be reported immediately to Turf Pros Distributors LLC. The company will not cover re-installation or material costs for unreported defects.
Delivery Wavier

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Curbside Delivery:
If you have selected to have Turf Pros Distributors deliver your purchase, you understand and agree that we only deliver your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway/sidewalk. Refund and/or credit toward product will not be given for deliveries delayed and/or not performed

I understand delivery is ONLY available Curbside. No exceptions. I understand this service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials nor taking it to the driveway, backyard, garage, etc...
